Can I return my kit?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. However, if your kit is unopened and all samples remain sealed, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus delivery costs). Please contact us first so we can authorise the return and provide the correct return address.
If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.
How does FindMySKN work?
We make finding your perfect foundation simple. Choose the foundation products you'd like to try from our featured brands, and we'll send you a mini kit of 3 shades - your chosen shade, plus two nearby shades - so you can refine your match at home.
Test each shade in your own lighting, with your real routine, and buy the full-size version that's perfect for you.
What's included in each kit?
Each mini kit includes three foundation samples from your chosen product - your selected shade, plus two nearby shades so that you can refine your match at home. This gives you the chance to compare shades, test the formula, and see how it performs on your skin before committing to full size.
What if none of the samples match?
Sometimes, finding your perfect foundation takes a little trial and error. That's why we include a small range of close matches. If you're still unsure after trying the kit, we're happy to offer guidance on what to try next.
Can I choose my own samples?
Yes! With our Complexion Discovery Kits, you choose the brand and the shade you'd like to try. We'll then send you that shade plus two nearby shades, so you can test and refine your perfect match at home.
Do you cater to all skin tones?
Inclusivity is at the heart of FindMySKN. The brands we partner with offer a variety of shades, and while the range depends on what each brand currently produces, we're always working to bring more brands on board to make our kits as inclusive as possible - from very fair to very deep, and eveything in between.
Are the samples suitable for sensitive skin?
We only include brand-name samples with clear labelling so you can check ingredients before applying. If you have any known allergies or sensitivities, we recommend patch-testing first.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat delivery fee of £2.99 for all UK orders. All kits are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri.
