Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. However, if your kit is unopened and all samples remain sealed, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus delivery costs). Please contact us first so we can authorise the return and provide the correct return address.

If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.

The brands we partner with offer a variety of shades, and while the range depends on what each brand currently produces, we're always working to bring more brands on board to make our kits as inclusive as possible - from very fair to very deep, and eveything in between.

We only include brand-name samples with clear labelling so you can check ingredients before applying. If you have any known allergies or sensitivities, we recommend patch-testing first.

We charge a flat delivery fee of £2.99 for all UK orders. All kits are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri.
